Public information, its limits and how we are funded.
What the documentation score means
The score describes recorded vendor information. It is not a quality seal, legal clearance or proof of product safety. At present it uses lab documentation, selected legal disclosures and shipping. Prices and range are compared separately.

Public CoA and a named external lab: 100 points. Public CoA without a confirmed external lab: 60. Documented absence of public CoAs: 0. Unknown: not available. This measures documentation, not every product or test parameter.

Legal framework
Share of positive values among recorded age-gate, research-only labeling and legal-notice fields. Unknown fields are omitted, so a single positive field can produce 100 points. This is not a legal assessment. Health claims are not assessed by the current score.

Shipping
Documented absence of DACH shipping: 0. Stated DACH shipping with delivery times: 110 minus eight times the mean delivery days, clamped to 10 through 100 and rounded. The existing rule assigns 65 points to stated DACH shipping without delivery times. These are vendor statements, not our test orders.

Not currently scored. List prices are compared for the same compound and currency. Shipping, availability and discount conditions are included only when explicitly documented.
What a recorded CoA establishes
We document public certificates of analysis and their association with a vendor, product and batch. A named external lab does not mean we collected the sample ourselves or independently confirmed the report with the lab. Each record shows its origin, collection date and missing information. A certificate concerns its stated sample and test parameters, not an entire shop.
How we collect data
Information comes from public shop pages, CoAs and shipping information. Findings show sources and collection dates. Missing values remain unavailable. A technical access error is not evidence of a vendor defect. We have not commissioned our own laboratory analyses or placed anonymous test orders.
What we don't do
We don't assess the efficacy of individual substances. We don't give dosing recommendations. We make no health claims. We don't assess medical suitability for any individual.

What is Peptide Compass?
Peptide Compass organizes public vendor information, product prices and certificates of analysis. You can inspect evidence and gaps in the data. This is not a recommendation for human use.
Where do the ratings come from?
The documentation score uses recorded criteria only. Weights of 25, 25, 15, 15 and 20 percent are redistributed across available values. Missing criteria are neither zero points nor a pass. Scores based on different evidence coverage are only partly comparable.
Are these real vendors?
The directory contains real vendors. A listing can be active, inactive, under review or without its own shop. Only active vendors enter the ranking. Status reflects the documented date, not a guarantee of current availability.
